Waitrose Aylesford off shore hook ups

Key Electrical were asked to design/manage and install 21 new electric trailer hook ups to Ambient warehouse docks to help reduce cost and reduce their carbon footprint.
A new 400A TP&N Isolator was installed in the switch room which included a full shut down of the mains supply to enable us to tap onto the existing Busbar, a new 150mm x 150mm trunking installed from the isolator to the position of the new MCCB.240mm Tri-Rated cables were installed in the new trunking containment.
220m of ladder rack at high level was installed to accommodate 2 x 150mm 4 core swa cables and 1 x 95mm earth which were terminated into the new 24way panel board by docks.
From the newly installed 24 way panel board we installed 4 core swa cables that were run at high level on the new containment to various dock positions.
New industrial 32 Amp 5 pin RCD sockets complete with isolators and 3 phase indicators were installed and connected.
32 Amp TP MCB's were mounted within the new panel board and the new SWA’s terminated and tested.
